Delete your account
Owners and staff
Sign in with the account you want to delete, open Your account, and choose Request account deletion. You can use this page without installing the app. In the app, the same option is in Account & deletion.
We verify your identity through sign-in. You do not need to call or email to submit a request when account deletion is available.
Deletion removes your login and personal account data that we are not required to retain. It affects access to every workspace associated with the login. Business ownership, outstanding bookings, refunds and connected services may need to be resolved before deletion is completed.
The account screen shows the completion timeframe before you confirm. We confirm completion at your account email and explain any legally retained records. Business booking and payment records, security records and backups follow the retention rules in the privacy notice.
Customers with a booking
The business you booked with controls its customer and appointment records. Contact that business for a request about those records. Removing an owner/staff login does not cancel an appointment or delete a separate customer profile.
