What stays free?
£0 a month, with no booking limits. Your branded booking page, diary, guest booking, sharing tools and client and service exports are included. You can take payment at the appointment without connecting a card provider.
What do online payments cost?
Online card payments are not available here yet. Customers can book and pay you at the appointment. If you choose online payments when available, Stripe processing fees and any Held payment fee are separate from free booking.
Can I join now?
The beta has limited account places. Check availability at sign-up; existing account holders can still log in when new places are full. Account admission is separate from unlimited bookings.
Can I take my data with me?
Download your client and service lists as CSV from Settings → Import and export.
Do I need a marketplace listing?
Your direct booking page works independently. Local discovery is a proposal we are exploring, not a feature available today. If introduced, joining a directory would be optional and would not be required for free core booking.
Is Held only for salons?
Our first focus is solo stylists, barbers and small beauty teams. Setup also supports fitness, wellness, tattoo, restaurants and mixed businesses; ask us to check your workflow before switching.
